Fine print
- All prices are in USD, excluding applicable taxes.
- AI/API usage, phone numbers, SMS/WhatsApp and platform subscriptions are passed through at cost and estimated before work starts. Call minutes above plan caps are billed at $0.25 per minute. No unlimited usage is included.
- Timelines start once we have the account access, content and approvals we need.
- We do not offer HIPAA-compliant services or process protected health information.
- AI outputs are reviewed and tested against agreed acceptance checks, but we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.
- Monthly plans include the change hours stated. Additional changes are quoted separately. Plans do not include unlimited changes.
- SMS and WhatsApp go-live dates depend on carrier and platform approval, which we can't confirm before it is granted.
- Integrations depend on compatible accounts, plans and permissions.
- Payments are by secure Stripe or PayPal checkout or invoice. We never ask for card details by email, chat or phone.
FAQ
How much does an AI receptionist cost? Starter is $997 setup plus $297 a month, including up to 300 AI call minutes. Growth and Pro add more call flows, minutes and integrations.
What happens if we go over our minutes? Calls keep being answered. Extra minutes are billed separately at $0.25 per minute, and we tell you if a bigger plan would cost less.
Can I keep my existing phone number? Usually, yes. You can forward your number to your AI receptionist. We confirm compatibility during discovery.
What if the AI doesn't know the answer? It says so and hands off to your team or a contact fallback, following the rules we set together.
Can I try it first? Yes. The 14-day pilot is a setup-only trial: pay the setup fee, go live, and decide at day 14.
Is there a contract? Monthly plans run month to month after setup. Notice terms are set out in your proposal.
Who owns the accounts? You own your accounts and your data.
Do you work with healthcare practices? Yes, for booking, reminders and general FAQs only. We do not store or process patient health information.
How long does setup take? Timelines depend on scope and are confirmed in your proposal. The clock starts once we have the access and content we need.
